We are 100% locally owned and operated. Every dollar spent stays in Tanzania — funding local jobs, fair wages and long-term careers for guides, drivers, chefs and porters.
Your park fees directly fund TANAPA and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area — supporting anti-poaching patrols, wildlife research and the protection of Tanzania's national parks.
We source from Maasai and Chagga communities, support school partnerships around Kilimanjaro, and follow the Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project guidelines for fair porter treatment.
