Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport - Arusha

On arrival at either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a representative from Williamson Adventures will greet you and provide transportation to your accommodation in Arusha. Day 2: Fly to Northern Serengeti

After breakfast you will be transferred to Arusha Airport and embark on an exciting journey by flying from Arusha to the northern reaches of the Northern Serengeti National Park. This flight offers a stunning aerial view of Tanzania’s diverse landscapes, from the lush greenery around Arusha to the vast, golden plains of the Serengeti. Day 4 : Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti

On the next leg of your journey, you’ll travel from the northern Serengeti to the central Serengeti, embarking on a thrilling game drive. As you move through the diverse terrains, you’ll witness the seamless blend of landscapes, from rolling savannahs to acacia-dotted plains. The central Serengeti, known as the Seronera area, is a prime wildlife viewing spot, often referred to as the heart of the park. Here, you’ll encounter a rich concentration of wildlife, including prides of lions, leopards lounging in trees, and large herds of elephants. This area is also renowned for its year-round abundance of animals, making every moment of your game drive filled with potential sightings and extraordinary photo opportunities.

Day 5 Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservations Area

On this day we suggest a very early wake-up to do an early morning game drive (when the animals are more active) and see one of the best sunrises you’ll ever witness. After the game drive, we return to the camp for a rewarding brunch, and then we’ll proceed to Ngorongoro, the 8th wonder of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls, making it virtually Noah’s ark and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It’s one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the Black Rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It’s also famous for its elephants which, are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngorongoro Crater is truly a Wonder of the Natural World.

I'm thrilled with Williamson Adventures! My brother and I traveled from Canada and were initially quite nervous about trekking Mount Kilimanjaro. However, upon arriving in Moshi, all our nerves vanished. We were warmly welcomed at the hotel by William and one of our guides, who were incredibly friendly. The rest of the trip was fantastic! The guides, porters, and cooks were all amazing, and the food was delicious. The support and encouragement we received throughout exceeded our expectations. Planning the trip required some coordination, but William was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. For example, he seamlessly arranged our pick-up from Nairobi to Moshi. He also organized an extra night at the hotel in Moshi and an airport shuttle, even though he didn't have to. This company truly goes above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable.
