Your Ultimate East Africa Safari begins on arrival at Kigali International Airport, where a Williamson Adventures representative will meet you, assist through customs, and transfer you to The Retreat. Just 20 minutes from the airport, this award-winning luxury boutique hotel is an ideal introduction to Rwanda.

After a seamless check-in, enjoy the hotel’s 5-star facilities, including a heated saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, open-air fitness center, and spa. You’ll also have the option to explore Kigali on a guided city tour, including a meaningful visit to the Genocide Memorial, followed by lunch at the historic Hotel des Mille Collines.

After a refreshing breakfast at The Retreat, meet your guide for a scenic transfer to Ruhengeri, the gateway to Volcanoes National Park. Your base for this extraordinary gorilla trekking experience is the luxurious Singita Kwitonda Lodge.

On arrival, a Williamson Adventures representative will welcome you and transfer you to Arusha Coffee Lodge. Tucked within one of Tanzania’s largest working coffee plantations just outside Arusha, this elegant lodge offers a peaceful and sophisticated retreat.

During your stay, enjoy a guided coffee plantation tour to learn about the traditional art of growing, harvesting, and roasting coffee, as well as a half-day guided tour of Arusha, providing insight into local culture and daily life.

After breakfast with views of Mount Meru, your driver will transfer you to Arusha Airport for your light aircraft flight to Seronera Airstrip in the Serengeti National Park. On arrival, a lodge representative will welcome you and transfer you to One Nature Nyaruswiga.

This refined safari camp features just 14 luxurious tented suites, thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly materials and positioned for maximum privacy. Today marks the conclusion of your Ultimate East Africa Safari. After a final morning at leisure, your guide will transfer you to Sasakwa Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Arusha, where you’ll connect onward to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your journey home.
